Distrikt Trailside is a new condo and townhouse project by Distrikt Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Distrikt Trailside architect is designed by Kirkor Architect + Planners. The new project will be located at Trailside Drive in Oakville. The major intersection is Neyagawa Boulevard & Dundas Street West.

Distrikt Trailside Condos will be a community with two towers with 800 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Distrikt Trailside Condos is still unknown.
